Probably got asked to come down to make numbers up as he was local. He was also training with Heat the other day.
It was at camp Pendleton. Apparently they didn't let the Russians from heat on the site, as it is a military base.
That's hilarious. I've been to Pendleton, the old location for the field (not sure where the new one is) was across the street from the helicopter air base. Like 200 helicopters just sitting out on the tarmac, it's pretty cool.

For what it's worth, as a (relatively new) field owner I'm still struggling to actually order an upgrade kit.
I was promised (on 21/12/15 by Thierry) that the Supairball newsletter would be out in January after which I'd be able to place an order. I've still seen no sign of a newsletter or even an email from Supairball acknowledging that I can place an order (I started trying to pre-order back in September 2015....). Other fields seem to able to at least place orders - I'm not even getting that far it seems...
Currently I'm wondering whether it's even going to be worth me upgrading by the time it's actually available.....

@Spikerz - Thanks for that. Aware of the US getting them (I'm watching threads on other boards), I find it mildly disappointing that fields such as mine are forced into a corner. The price tag alone doesn't exactly make it a conducive upgrade anyway for smaller fields. £2.7k (ish) on current exchange rates for those of us that aren't VAT registered....
It may indeed, although he didn't mention Dalton. He did say the Polar Bears want to run an all Russian line up, (betting due to money), but that may also mean no more Ollie.
I'm betting he may not play Europe this year, and just stay local.
