The penalty box was terrible. The 1-2-3-4-1 is fine. If they want to say a yellow flag is a 1-4-1 whatever, a red flag is a 2+4-1 cool whatever. Keeping the penalties from point to point is a hassle. I actually greatly prefer the Mills method of penalties, it's easy to understand and deal with in a consistent manner.

So the first NXL event is on the same weekend as St. Patricks Day, March Madness basketball tournament (which has multiple games being played in Vegas), and it's Comic Con. Basically...the flights and hotels for people wanting to play are stupid expensive. HAHAHAHA.

This has been mentioned before, albeit, not here, never stopped an MLT from going ahead in the past and makes the rest of the season seem cheap

Yea plus it's Vegas, there are cheap rooms everywhere, go 20 minutes south of the city or north, motels are cheap.

I guess having a single governing body with a single rulebook is probably sufficient to help with the application to be an official sport. Different options for game times and mercy rules probably won't hinder it.
