I've been washing my NXE pack in the washing machine with my jersey, trousers, fluffy, arm pads, knee pads for about three years and had no problems. I think you got unlucky fella, as with anything, sometimes a washing machine can chew something, and it looks like it had a taste for your new pack.

Just wear it in your post game shower

I used to put mine in an old pillow case to stop things being damaged. Still do if im washing trainers.

as the above has said ..Use a pillow case as you would for your gym shoes...Bluey
