Metal spikes are illegal, but plastic/ceramic spikes or cricket/golf varients work very well...

Just found running spikes with golf spikes, just make sure they have quick fit spikes. You can fit softspike golf cleats to them. threaded fit verisons dont fit in running spikes.

less then 50 quid all together as well..

Also i read that the turf was for Hockey, i was wearing my Hockey shoes with lots of rubber molded spikes, i still felt uneasy.

i heard it will be different turf than in toulouse.

So - people who were f*cked in Toulouse and slipping around and therefor went and bought new shoes, will once again se themselves having shoes not totally fit for the surface??
