Don't play it then!

Can I personally congratulate the NSPL on hiring a bunch of albanians to go round to ballers houses, put guns to their heads and force them to play the events....

Thanks for putting the event down the road from me Syd. Now can you just put back the start time an hour as the bus service isn't all that on a sunday...

Indeed I'm sure no-one was threatened, but you can't get much more West for the South East than Reading.

Or are you worried about going into competition with D7s?

Or alternnatively is this just going to be a Southern League combing both the SE and SW as then it looks to be central, and would probably attract the most teams?

Yes, we would have liked to go a bit more East for this season, but the venue at Reading will be really nice. We do have another venue lined up for the East side of the M25, but it wont be ready this year.

The final plan for 2006 is to have one venue in Bristol, the Reading venue and one east-side, asking teams to attend a minimum of 2/3rd's of NSPL events. This will minimise travel, give all teams some local paintballing and offer the opportunity to travel to some different events if you choose.

But all that is in the future. This season, we are trying to bring you guys in the SE a quality alternative paintball series. If we went East of the M25, the westside possy would moan. If we went West of the M25, the eastside ganstas would grumble. So, we went with the best venue we could find in the timescale we had.

It's worth the extra milleage peeps and next season, we'll tackle that issue for you too.

Just had a thought syd- is this event going to be held at a completely new location, indoors/outdoors or at an existing site (R.I.P?) and what surface is it? is it a grass surface?

Sorry for all the questions just trying to gather all the info for when i tell the team.

I sold it because Reading is so close to me, I no longer need transport to paintball tournaments...muwhahahahaaa ;)

And it was far too powerful....kicked like a mule when the rear engine cut in ;)
