In Division B, there was an error on the scoresheet for the game between Exeter APEs and Bristol Recoil. This was not found until after the presentation, so my apologies to both of those teams and Bridport Synapse who were awarded Third Place incorrectly. You can keep the prizes and trophy though guys, and Bristol Recoil have been compensated accordingly.
The error was down to a new score system, but by the end of the day we had got used to this and all should be plain-sailing herein.
My thanks to Skirmish Bristol for putting together an excellent venue and providing 4,500psi air fills. Mike, Jock, Joy, Shayne and everyone else at the venue work their butts off to ensure we have a great tournament! Top marks.
Also, sincere thanks to each and every one of the reffing crew yesterday. For many of them, it was their first time out and the majority also gave up their Mothering Sunday Afternoon to attend a training session for the event. I think everyone agrees that they did a great job. We're sticking with the same crew throughout the season, so it can only getting better!
Finally, thanks to Paintball Warehouse, Zap, Phoenix and Team Raven for their paint and trade stalls.
