Been using this today...
Turn on Wii, see the Menu screen
Insert Freeloader CD, screen sends colour bars across to confirm succesful loading of the region unlocking
Insert NPPL CD
Game loads without issue
Rock and roll!!!

Note: tried without the Freeloader CD and the NPPL CD is unreadable, which must be due to the region locking

Now buying the Zapper to make it feel more realistic, I can't comment on how this will be, but worth taking the chance imho

looks like his seasonal generosity knows no bounds.... he will be so pleased that his new gadget has become so popular

It was great news for me, as I bought the Xbox 360 version as well and can't get round that without modding my 360 and risking being banned on Live

...it has been said many times on this very board that the 360 nppl game is region locked.

Yeah I know... unfortunately that information was not in the public domain when I ordered the game from the US, and cancelling the entire order (copies for 360 and Wii) was problematic

I took a risk that it could have work, but it didn't for my 360.... but got it to work on my Wii

So on balance I am happy, got some serious game time today. One of the best Xmas ever!!!!
