The Millennium committee have, I believe, said that they will not be making any rule changes regarding things like clear hoppers, at least until the end of the 2004 season -- they (rightly enough) decided that it's not fiar to foist new rules on players without adequate advance warning.

Reading between the lines, though, I'd expect them to follow the same line as NPPL from the start of 2005.

Not if you want to play in the NPPL. :(

I had this discussion in Denver with Camille and Ed Poorman.

I originally didn't think much of the rule but they think if it helps just a bit then it is worth it. They make the rules so that's cool by me.

BUT! You aren't allowed to use dyed shells. They are worried about liability if they explode or something due to the dyeing process. I.e. if you fall on the floor, your loader shatters and you slide through the shards... Never seen or had of that happening personally.

Oh well.

I think you should all go out any buy new loaders. :( ;) :D

I'm trying to get a lighter smoke made for our loaders, but that still isn't clear so you can fit in the rules.

BTW. I was trying to get gold loaders made but they are silly expensive and tend to be a bit brittle.
