are they the same version that currently when dirt touches them, it scratches, lots of probs in uSA, or is this a new version?

The worst problems only seem to be with sand getting on the bolt. Sand is not used that much in the uk so I would not think it would be that much of a problem.

Would also be most likely to effect snake players.

Any bolt made of delrin will get ****ed once sand gets into the situation. I had problems when I played at TPC in London.

Like John says, it's not much of a factor in the UK, depending on where you play.

These are the new version, but I haven't researched the pros and cons and what's different yet.
