To add a constructive thread for a change, i think that the hopper and three pots is the way forward as it was a good laugh last year and gives the new teams a fighting chance against the paint chuckers. The Bad Touch would of been puttin its Kids team in had it not been for the indoor at Hilton.

What's all this you choose rubbish.
You boys are running a limited paint competition for novices.
You should decide.

My view though
How are you going to check that a player is carrying only one pot, you won't have time to check every player as they leave for the field.

As far as i'm concerned it should be one full hopper per game for ease of management and thus "levelling the playing field".
The whole idea of limited paint is make you work harder and make you shoot so every shot counts, just because you have an electronic trigger doesn't mean that the rules change.

If you have to go down the route of pots on the field, then

3 pots per team, provided by the site (suitably marked with team name for identification) to be placed in each team base.

Pots cannot be moved therefore hoppers can only be refilled at base camp.

As far as I'm concerned I hopefully coming down to play in a novice tourney that's limited paint and to have any credibility this tourney has to limit the paint to a point where there is minimum advantage having a spray painter.

AND NOTE

I HAVE AN E-BLADE SO I WILL SUFFER TOO

but is that not the challenge

suck it and see

D'oh I know it's a stupid idea and it's mean to be taken that way.
Checking depends on the amount of participants per marshall.
Body search anyone :D

One Hopper all the way
Fairest way and easily marshalled
Not saying that people cheat (wiping, never seen it done  )
No packs no harnesses no hassle

Novices are the future NEXUS. The US use limited paint to practice skills, whilst we spray everything insight. Who's better.

Less Volume, Less Spray, More Thinking, More Benefits
