Not received goods from Uncle Albert..Nudge please.

Still waiting 3 1/2 months later for a claim I have in with RM for something they lost, thats even though I have POP and all the relevant paperwork to go with it... sadly they just couldn't give a flying. So I have refunded the guy straight away and am out of pocket until RM sort out my claim. Think this is the fairest way to deal with it if a claim becomes involved.

I've just received a pm from him today and he informed me

a) He doesn't have enough credit on his phone to call me like I asked him to.

b) He has proof of postage and even tho the PO have advised him to wait, he is going there to sort things out and get a claims form .....

Now, if they have told him to wait, then I can't see how he thinks he should get a claim form ... these two things are just not consistent, and to me, it all smacks of bullsh!t; let's hope he is as good as his word and see what happens.

Thanks for helping out on this matter. I can appriciate that it maybe delayed in the post but the guy won't even reply to my PM's. If he sends me the proof of postage number then at least I know he is telling the truth.
An offer of a refund would be nice.

I will get in touch with him via PM coz I think you are right, he should at least send the money back to you.

And to this end, is there anybody on this site who knows this guy, address or mobile fone number please???
