It's halfway along Mountergate, that's the road running behind
the Hotel Nelson (opposite the train station) that links Prince of Wales Road and King Street. From the train station, cross over the bridge towards Price of Wales Road, take the first left and it's down the road on your right.

It opened yesterday and still needs some work: field layouts need sorting and it's got a concrete floor . Long term I believe they plan to put in SupAir to replace the current tires, oildrums and some large, hard plastic storage tanks. There are only 3 fields: one roughly the same size as a 5-man SupAir, one half-way between that and the Euro Indoor fields and another that really is punter only, the field is too small and is on 2 levels.

The best bit about it is that it's owned by the same crowd who own Devil's Advocate, Norwich's only lap dancing club. Since a couple of my team are helping to run the site, I expect we're going to have a good team Xmas party!

How is it run is 'book and play' or walk on?

Not 100% sure TBH, it'll depend upon how quickly it picks up. I would guess that eventually they could do in-off-the-street (perhaps not a good idea considering how close it is to King Street ), but I don't think they're geared up for that.

Their intention is to to run 3 sessions per day, instead of the usual turn-up-all-day paintballing, almost akin to Lasertag (I apologise for swearing is such a disgusting manner on a paintball forum , I'll flog myself with stinging nettles tomorrow).

They should be in the phone book by now, Planet Jarcadet is the name of the place, IIRC. Kinda silly, but it's the initials of the owners or something like that.

SC Village or Challenge Park Extreme!! I start salivating at the mouth at the mention of any of these sites because I'm dying to play on both, the fields just look AWESOME!!

Just had a look at the SC website... Some kid's been let loose with a JCB, and a few black 'n deckers.

Yeah! And TJ the lucky begger uses SC as his local site or so I'm told!! It's alright for some!

Tortoise, I see your point of course, and there are a few fields with a couple of old army vehicles etc. But I just cant wait until someone with the cash just goes ahead and builds a wicked site over here. We need one!

It would be great to find some more sites to shoot your load over other people, Hope that someone comes up with info about this new place in norwich as we lack good sites in this area.
