I've not mentioned it being solely a tournament arena, the details I’m leaving out as I know I may be stepping on a few toes in opening this place which I don't want to do but its business and paintball, things must sometimes. My initial idea is for a tournament arena but promoting it to stag groups and doing the whole Delta Force initiative to advertising. I still have to see the building and agree a buyout price and collect all my prices in and present them nicely before anything solid can be put in place. If anyone has contact details of P8ntballer details of the guys you have mentioned then i would be most interested in getting in touch with them and finding out their experiences. The more angles and viewpoints I receive the better I can judge the situation.

Oh BTW none of the comments are taken personally, thank you all who have replied as every comment is valued as long as it's not a personal insult then i'm fine.

Thanks again guys, keep posting if you have a viewpoint the more the better.

The reasoning behind it Kev is if you look at the guys in Scotland say. In order to have a viable training site Terminator opened up. However it is a 'rec' site primarily and off the back of this people also train there. I would guess the same goes for the likes of BZ. It is primarily a rec site. Same went for Pointblank up here in the north. None of these could have existed if primarily a sup air site, or if the site wasn't used for other purposes.

One exception was Northern Quarter. But (Markie can probably confirm this) I think they were paying way lower rent etc for the land they were using than the going rate, and they had a VERY strong following of players and teams from that area, and it still eventually closed. Again Markie may let you know the reasons why (I have no clue BTW) :)

Don't take any of this as me being really negative. Just giving you some scenarios from similar sites.
There might be a Millennium training site opening very soon in Annan just over the border of Scotland:)
