The first post is from Dave Zinkham. He's the NPPL Scrutineer and a member of the rules committee, so it's almost definitely real - unless they change their mind before the first event

1. NPPL has been cracking down on hoppers covered in stickers. You're only supposed to have one per side and none on the top.

2. A clear hopper filled with orange paint makes it harder to see an orange-colored hit (for example).

Also, note that these rules only apply to the NPPL series. PSP and Millenium may be (and probably are) different. So Lasoya still doesn't have to tuck in his jersey.
