Another rule to make cheating harder, as with the new rule of tucking jerseys in. Boy, La Soya is gonna look so gay now. Wait, hold on, stop the press, he is already looks like one of the village people and the village idiot at the same time.

1. NPPL has been cracking down on hoppers covered in stickers. You're only supposed to have one per side and none on the top.

2. A clear hopper filled with orange paint makes it harder to see an orange-colored hit (for example).

Also, note that these rules only apply to the NPPL series. PSP and Millenium may be (and probably are) different. So Lasoya still doesn't have to tuck in his jersey. :D
