you need to get a barrel first, the stock cocker barrel's are crap, a toilet paper tube would work better.

You probably won't be able to get a 4.5K psi fill most of the time so I wouldn't worry that much about it (btw does the reg do 4.5? coz mine doesn't even though my bottle will, saving for an Armagedon, apart form the other things...like food)
So unless you are playing like pro NPPL just go for the 3k

Uh, actually you can get 4.5k fills at just about any event or major site. I'd say get the 68/3k now and enjoy it, and later if you do have the money for a 4500 then you can have it around as a backup. Backups of everything are VERY GOOD to have around. Also, it's really cool to have a guest gun for taking friends and/or dates to the field. I have 2 guest guns right now myself.
