nipple

probably been posted before but i carnt be bothered to search any way here is my problem...
when i go to fill my air its sounds orite everything seems to be cool but when i go to vent it it lets all my air out because me nipple piston thing bit in the midle jams back so i was wondering if any one knows what i have to do i.e. get a hole new nipple or just replace an o-ring

give it a clean

empty you tank of air.. unscrew the fill nipple and give it a clean. screw it back in using loctite, screw in so you can hear the piston is free and moving/almost ratling let is set and give it a fill. it should go a fair way in, but usally not till it stops.. give it a try

Try your local PB shop, or have a look at the ones in the hardware store and try to match 'em up. Oh, and always remember kids, don't put oil in your fill nipple. I'm sure we all remember that from a couple years ago.

put on fill station. Open and close fill station a few times and that usually sorts it.

then take off and play.

There was a warning posted at every PB website warning people not to put oil in their fill nipples, because when you fill, the moving air creates heat and can cause the tank to catch fire and release it's pressure, i.e., explode.
