Wow, how'd I miss this thread? Bit too busy these days I think, and it was started on my birthday. Anyway...

It's hard to think of something useful to add to what Pete and the others have already said. I've been somewhat of a hanger-on fanboy since the team and it's original line up was first established and it's been incredible to follow them from the factory floor. Watching them practice and having the opportunity to help out and learn from truly gifted players was an honour. I wish all the former members all the best in their future playing careers.

All the best to Pete and the new Nexus of 2006. You'll have my continued support and fayboyism whether you like it or not :p

p8ntballer.com is a good place to read stuff like this, but id much rather read it from a nice updated nexus website!

I just got an email this morning from Joe Morgan who is gonna be doing our new web site but I had to get a whole lot of new pics done because of our new line up.
My apologies and the delay is pretty much down to me so I'll get edverything sent off and get it going for the new year.

The Broz, yes you have been a great suppoprter of what we were trying to do, and in fact achieved in our first year.
We have undergone some major changes and if we can now somehow emulate the feeling we had in our Nexus in that first year, we will be ok.
And you Harry, remember more than most what it was like to be around those Nexus guys in 2003 as they crashed headlong into Paintball's hierarchy....was a whole bundle of fun :)

I ain't one for choppin and changing sponsors just because they offer more oney as you know H.
I like to think loyalty does have its place, even in this game.
And so, we are still gonna be running with PMI, Planet, Dye, PGi, Halo and I'm negotiating with a few others to see what we can do.

In present times, it's really hard for a lot of teams out there because companies have had to contract their sposnor budgets and so some teams have had it cut off altogether.

I am in a pretty unique position where PGi, our primary sponsor, pretty much underwrites all the others and for that I am hugely grateful...and for the fact that all the guys who either own or run these companies are friends of mine...that tends to help a little :)

But I never lose sight of the fact they need media exposure and good represntation and that's exactly what I try to give them with the Nexus deal and that way, everybody's happy :)
