lol, yeh there are a few suggestions earlier on in the thread. nearest if you've got a car is the express by holiday inn, located in west end. or theres a travel inn in southampton (loadsa bars an stuff) or a travel inn in fareham.

An update on the hotel, etc front.
Just to confirm that there is no camping on the actual site but I can make enquiries locally if anyone actually wants to plead insanity!
The Holiday Inn Express by the Rose Bowl (Hampshires Cricket Ground) at West End DOES have its own bar and restaurant - never tried them but they are there.
I hope loads of you have booked in with the Nexus guys - or are you all talk??
