Listen, my friend, let it go, this is absurd. What exactly are you worried about? If you end up playing Millenium events this year (is this likely?), THEN be concerned. All you really need to do at that point then is drop a U.S. behind your name. Shockwave UK and Shockwave Canada have this issue.

If you require more perspective, think how many Pop Warner football teams out there play under the same names as pro teams, or even as each other. This comparison isn't meant as a dig, I just don't think you see how silly this all seems.

Well first off, nobody can own a name like 'Nexus' as it is found in the dictionary meaning connection and would be like trying to have first option on the word 'hosepipe' unless you have registered it.
We however, have regsitered the name of 'Nexus' associated with a paintball team.
My apologies for stepping on your toes but I had never heard of you but if you want to play us for the name as somebody suggested, then no probs
But I also think 'Nexus US' sounds cool also, much more fitting for an American team !!!
