What is it that has turned Nexus's performance around over the off season?

At the end of the season Robbo mentioned something about the style of training, that having departed from there heavily drill based training caused problems, and that he planned to return to the drills for this season. However he was planning to be less involved, needing to spend more time on personal affairs.

What has the training been like? And how involved has Robbo been? :)
First off :

Acknowledge a problem exists
then recognise the nature of the problem
then recognise any negative influences
then delete those influences
then develop a strategy for negating the remaining problem
then implement and maintain that strategy

From now on with regard to training, we keep what we do to ourselves, we play in-house paintball and the results will speak for themsleves.

All sounds reasonable and perhaps pretentious but none of it was possible without players who listened and more importantly, did......

I tried that - but the missus battered me! Oh, you didn't mean 'play in the house' ;).

And as for training with the sharks...well - we all need cannon fodder now and then :p.

Seriously though, well done to all the Nexus crew - it's nice to see a UK team putting it on those damn good yanks again.
