Which is simple enough, but lovetone is right, read the manual. Its really that simple.

indeed its easy to do but youd be suprised how many people break their toys via abuse / neglect..

plus the job can be fiddly first time round

If you do get an Ion, do yourself a favour and visit the Ion forum on PBNation. Have a read of the stickies before you even take it out of the box and you'll avoid most of the 'user error' problems right there.
I'd recommend a look at the new electronic Trilogy series as well; I'm just testing one new and it's actually very nice. The top end model comes with two different bore barrel backs and retails in the US at around $300, not bad for an e-cocker with break beam eyes:eek:
If not, then take a look on the forums- Matrixes for £150, cockers for £200 etc etc.

If you're on a tight budget why not just upgrade your mech with an E1 or E2 which can be picked up at a reasonable price in the classifieds.

It also depends on what your budget is & whether or not you mind getting a 2nd hand marker. There are some great deals to be had out there.

But if you are after that 'look what I got brand new' feeling that kicks off the 7 year old excitable kid in you, then go for the Ion. Do yourself a favour though, & don't rush into any decision you may regret later!
