well, if you want a mech gun, and you want a warrenty, get an Inferno from Fatbobs, they come with a 5 year warrenty!!!! and less than your budget

let the argument commence!!!

i used to shoot a left hand feed mech cocker, and by god i loved it. brilliant marker and then if you want a faster marker afterwards, just stick an eblade frame on it. don't buy the trilogy series cockers, as you cannot fit eblades to them.

i now shoot an angel fly and guess what?? i still have a cocker in my kit bag. oerfect for a backup or a rec ball day.
Trilogy e-blade fitting is out in a bit..... £15 :) but the trilogy is just an example of the prices available now..... no point worrying about "future proofing" a marker.... it's impossible, if it costs £150 and does the job now, then fine..... buy a good hopper and air system that will work on any marker and that way sell your first marker and put it towards your second..... you're probably only going to lose about £60 in the process. Or, may never get into tourney and won't have to worry anyway.

And Olly is the ideal man to talk to......... he really knows what he's talking about, he frequents the same walk on and he's not trying to sell you anything.

Argument...? Where...?

AndyDane look in 'Technical' where there are a lot of good/bad points for some reason or other on almost every marker... Its important to do as much research as possible and collaberate it all togther (including what you read (to a lesser extent) in here).

What Paintball Gear 2005 is available to buy online through PGI, and will make a worthwile contribution to your 'quest'.

No argument :) it's a good idea........ good, sturdy marker for running around in the woods, almost indestructable and you know it's always going to work. Stick a decent hopper on it and spend the extra on good paint..... no problems.
