I have just bought a PMR 07 in black for the bargain price of £55, the seller informed me that it is complete but needs a new cap????

Can anyone advise me what that is

theres are thing at the back of where the bolt can come out from

I think thats the part, i dont get my marker till monday so i wont be 1005 sure till then, if it is that part i will get one before the day.
