Hi Evo Nabz welcome to the forum, :thumb:
Tough deal about the Mask I know that feeling all too well. Most important bit of kit, my suggestion and its purely that as I’m new myself, but my experience was this I bought a second hand pair of Profilers after watching reviews on Youtube.
They only cost me £25 (delivered to my door) on the sale section of the forum they never fogged and were really comfortable. I now wear JT Proflex because I’ve tried other masks at the place where I play I know I4’s are too small for my big head, I quite like Profits but wouldn’t pay £80 for the upgraded foam I also felt a bit restricted, so personal choice is important for something you’re going to be wearing whenever you play.
If you can get to a local site where they do walk ons the guys I’m sure will be friendly enough to show off their kit if you phone ahead try masks possibly try markers get a feel for it.
Consider your investment £900+ for a new Ego11, my budget was £600 but I didn’t consider air tank , hopper and general bits and bobs. I ended up getting 2 markers with my £600 both Vanguard Creeds real nice markers, second hand. £160 got me an air tank and a Dye rotor gen3 add some playing gear pack and pods (I quite like locklids...personal preference) + air, paint, have fun.
My budget is way, way over ...£1500+ and counting and that’s on gear not playing that’s relatively cheap, the latest spares, oring and upgrades kit £200 for 2 markers.
