Well until I hurt my shoulder my workout weight was 225lbs in all 3 benches(Flat, Incline, Decline)! My workout partners and I tried maxing and I hit 260 6 times and then threw 275 on and hit it 5 times! The 2nd time we maxed in 3 months I did 275lbs 9 times. So this year I am going for a 300lb max! That is of course my shoulder allows me! I have to start from the 180lb area where I know I can do it without to much strain!Originally posted by Robbo
