OK, it's this time of year again where we all promise to go down the gym and to try and get rid of that fat ass that's just materialised poking out of your pants or skirts after shovelling far too much grub and booze down our necks over Xmas.
So, what are everybody's new year PAINTBALL resolutions ?

Loosing weight??

Im concentrating on being a back player but im just not fat enough, so its a diet of choc and beer for me until I can only just squeeze behind those coke cans.

That and spending every spare weekend playing ball

I guess this year will have to be getting better at off-handing so I can still smoke cigarettes while playing (and hopefully not burning the woods down

I started the whole fitness thing for last year, I now get just as knackered after a flag run but the recovery time is much quicker and I can do more than 1 in a day So more of the same.

This year it's really to do well at Millennium level. Simple goal - very hard to achieve.
