I've seen that suit. It seems to forget that a trademark was approved and previously defended. That letter wasn't for the lawyers, it was for PB Nation. The guy thinks if he stirs up enough of a ground-swell of dislike for GI, they will stop the suit and/or not sue again when the array of other products valken has ripped off hits the streets in '17
