Leaking from everywhere possible, I changed all o-rings which solved that problem.Originally posted by manike
What do you break on it? It's actually quite a simple gun to work on, got some very nice design features (ram and clamshell).
I've never found a gun that is 100% reliable. All my guns get put through a hard life and I've had bits and pieces go wrong with them all.
I think ultimately it's down to how you use it and how you look after it.
The mag is nice in that if the electronics don't want to play you can use manual mode. The manual side of the X-mag is as reliable as any mag.
Soft ball stops were wearing out very quickly, so changed to hard ball stops, but they don't grip the ball enough, and cause gun to stop working because the eye can't see it.
Ram bumper wears out very quickly.
Wiring harness is starting to look a little dodgy, the wires are so thin, and being cramped up in that little grip frame doesn't help.
Velocity is all over the place, even after fully servicing both regs. The efficiency isn't great either, although it did improve after changing the o-rings on the ram. Which I was told it would.
Just me having my usual bad luck I guess
Mr Pink, I can handle the pink grips, it's Gee's lime green practice jersey I have a problem with Thanks for the offer much appreciated, i'll see ya there.
