Why are you guys on his case? 
I think his post is very informative and gives good advice to newer playas from a young ballers perspective. Some people find it easier to relate to people more on there own level. Why's he preaching??

if more of you "experianced" players were to share your infinite wisdom with newbies then they would become better ballers quicker thus wanting to move up from woodsball to playing tournys!!! this means spreading the word of paintball further
if people want help,most of us on here will be happy to help

his points are towards newbies not to you this site is visited by people who are newe to the sport and want to find out more info it is a helpfull post for these newbs there is no need to slate his post when it not for you it does the job its there for!!
