Thank you all for the advice, and help, as i've noticed, pretty much every one has said buy 2nd hand paintball gear, does that mean everything?

not nessicarily everything needs to be 2nd hand, but it does help on costs. like i bought a pair of proto 07 trousers + proto 07 Jersey for £20 for the pair i think. Which is pretty good. I got that at a paintball tourny near where i live. Paintball shops near your area migth do offers like that also. I think the best thing you can buy 2nd hand is a High Pressure Air tank. Those will save you a tonne. My mask, personally i got from a paintball shop because i don't like buying anything 2nd hand that needs to protect a primary sense's like sight. My protection was 2nd hand, and my hopper, pack + HPA tank was also.
