How the hell can they be undecided about the way the gun works? Do they have it done or not? I'm glad they're not in the car business. "Is it front wheel drive or back wheel drive?" "We don't know, we haven't decided." ...WTF you mean you don't know how it works?!?! Does it or doesn't it work or even exist at all?!?!
