thanks for the great game on sun , the plan is to do the trial trainng day in nov, mainly as im working october. i will contact you with a more firm date when im off, also if i was chatting to you at 5man lmk and i will pm over my phone number.
it would be good to use this as recruitment for both us and you, and we can chat bout training regimes aswell.
i will get my trainers to draw up our schedule, and let you have a copy, then we can work out a compromise.
