No...I think he means that there should be a smiley witha a halo around the top ie: "Me, im innocent!"

Besides, Eclipse wouldnt integrate a Halo in anything I wouldnt have thought, because they arent reliable enuf, and as They are known for quality (mostly) I doubt they would include something that they cannot rely on...
