I'm currently working on a new marker stand. The plan is that it'll be lightweight and compact, hopefully fitting the the same space as a "standard" barrel for transporting.
It's a really simple idea that will hopefully work well.
It's a reasonably large outlay for me to get all the materials initially, but I'm not after making a huge profit, just need to get it out of my system as I've had the idea in my head for a bit too long now :D
Just wondering what you guys would like to see from a Marker stand in terms of design and practicality/functionality.

Cheers

I like the HF stands but mine's a bit wobbly & I've seen others knock their marker and the stand on the floor. Also it's too flippin big to fit in my gear cupboard.

Ollgeez made a stand didn't he- those were ok- sturdy & couldn't knock them over
but I did see a few people struggling to take them apart at the end of the day

So people want in a stand:
something sturdy, easy to take apart and storable

This should meet the requirements I think. :D
Currently working on the prototype, got a few joints and pivots to work out
Sould put up in around 30 secs, dismantle even quicker and fit in all gear bags.
Dependant on final material prices will be no more than £15 max, hopefully less.
