Faster than what HALO? Maybe a HALO A or a broken B but the egg is simply not faster that a halo. The fact that the Egg only feeds when the sensor is tripped is part of the reason. There is spring tension on the ball stack in the halo at all times which means that the feed rate in bursts far exceeds that of the Egg.
Here is some evidence for you, a nexus eblade, on full auto with eye on, therefore the loader is limiting the ROF.

Notice that along with being much faster, the HALO loads at a conistant speed, not stuttering slightly like the EggII.

I still agree that the EggII would be the best option for your Angel, but i just needed to dispute the fact that it was faster than a HALO. Oh, and blatantly as the vids proove...both can still be out-shot
