I think we need some longer words to represent words that are too short for the search engine.
Examples of words you cant search for in the p8ntballer.com classifieds include:
LPR
A4
EGO
REG
DM4
IR3
FLY
EGG
RT
CP
DYE
WDP
DVD
EVO
JT
NXE
E1
E2
BAG
LCD
LED
Im sure there are many more.
If the search engine really cant be fixed we need to replace these words with longer aliases which can be searched for.
If you were able to search for a countries initials (such as UK) then the country names in thread titles would become alot more useful too.

yer i agree sum people post egg or ego in their titles but we cant search for them and its pretty annoying cos we have to start sifting through the thousands of pages of classifieds to find an item.

this might be naive but if the search engine was any good perhaps people wouldnt need to bump so often. has any one ever tried to search for anything by agd, lol. Lx, ULT, rt pro, mag, ule, need i go on? its crazy to limit the search to four letter. can it be changed?

I seem to be spending a lot of time telling people not to bump threads or their mates' threads, despite the fact that the rules sticky ( go here to read it) is very clear about this.
