good rules to me but one thing i would like to see is a rule for anyone that has more than one item to sell to put it one post and not individual post's, i really hate scrolling down a page of items for sale all by the same person.

I know what you mean, but personally I prefer it if people split up different items over different posts. That way you can tell from the title alone what the guy is trying to sell.
