Hmmm, wonder how it would fare in the "defence against wild animal test", the shocker can be used to fend of anything up to small bear/large predatory cat and even the common seal, I reckon the Alien could take down a polar bear or an average size whale. (swinging as a club, not shooting, as that wouldn't be safe and you can't get the buggers to wear goggles).

lol
That reminds me of a time I went nightclubbing when on holiday to greenland. well that was an eye opener and that blood was a bugger to get out of my pulling shirt.

Only joking before I get flamed by the female fraternity. I am totaly against any violence to animals.

Oh dear there i go again.

Back on topic I suggest that PGI do a review on stevensons marker.

It's looking good, they've milled off the cow-catcher and reduced the length of the external steam housing, I think they've also replaced some of the ceramic with Bakerlite. Also, it's safe from a SP lawsuit......it's solid fuel driven and the trigger frame houses two native boys and a coal fired steam turbine.

Jack Rice (the guy behind the Alien, and no relation to John Rice as far as I am aware ;) ) Just posted this up in the huge thread discussing it on PBN :(

Sad to say but, I don't see how I can release the Alien right now. To make a couple of hundred markers is going to cost Tens of Thousands of Dollars, now I’ve already spent that and will do it again, but then I've got Smart Parts wanting a Million Dollars and $75 per gun. Don't think I can get $25,000 to $30,000 apiece for them. I’ve got a couple of more weeks of setup and finalizing the materials and I will be going ahead with that. At the end of that time maybe a Judge will be able to see that Smart Parts didn’t invent electricity. Seems though that SP may be able to *******ize the patent system to make them the only Paintball Marker. Heil SP! I read on one of the web sites that they sent a message about being “just a family business that can’t let people steal their ideas”. Remember if you buy ANYTHNG from SP your paying to end paintball as we have known it.
