I like the blue and white they go nice together, and a few other colours are nice, but I think they kinda gave up on the design 90% through, the grips look too cheap to be honest. but at £300 odd cheaper than the ego 09, why not

The grips are done by Stinger same as last years independence.
Aliens have always been performance over looks,thats why they may be a bit uglyier than an ego but they shoot so much better.

, Stinger can do better stuff than that though, think the design for them was a Friday 3 pm thing, Mat (Khanzo) did a better design for some Destiny grips for his Ego a while back Fair enough, makes a change that to be honest

Id really like to have been able to see the chrono readings.
The gun seems pretty under chrono'd in both tests.
And the different firing patterns could be explained by a simple 10fps difference in velocity.
There are alot of reasons changing the properties of the bolt can change velocity and produce results like that.
With that said the Alien guns keep getting smaller and cooler every year.
The price is quite sensible also.
