Alright mate. Well... You're probs gonna hear this alot but try 'em both out and see which you prefer.

But myself I'd go for a Shocker: Lighter, smaller and sexier.
Nerve: A little faster... That's about it really.

If you've got a newer Shocker then it comes with the Nerve board anyway so really not a great deal of difference.
Plus Nerves have got a tendancy to chuck your bolt back at you.

But being a Shocker owner they'd I deff. say the Shocker ;)
Or you could trade it in for 2 Ions :D

I have shot the nerve and I didn't like it as much as my shocker. The shocker forms SOOOO well to my hands and I can grip it way better than any other marker I've tried. I don't think selling your shocker and buying a nerve is worth it. Just buy some upgrades for your shocker.

i already have the nerve bord in it and its evolved and now it looks damn sexy with the 05 lady grips. and i wreckon its a great gun. so nobody thinks the nerve is all that gr8 as i have the nerve board in it is it really nort worth buying a nerve.
how much heavier are they than the shocker??

cheers

Not a clue mate, I tried looking on various site (inc. SP) but I can't seem to find out how much it weighs - I know the Shocker weighs 1lb 14oz which is pretty damn light. Think the Nerve would be around the same weight as an Impulse.

Hope it helps.
Russ

Oh btw... Stick with the Shocker ;)

just to throw a spanner innit and please dont abuse me :) sell the shocker, dont bother with the nerve, and get yourself a luvly ego !!! light, more reliable (in my humble opinion) than the shocker, extremely fast, new mods coming out for it every week, its reasonably priced brand new, but even second hand you can pick them up for about 600 - 680 lots and lots of technical support from Planet and Pheonix and other shops too and it looks real pretty ;)

Well, because of SP's thinking on the bolt it only involves a 1/4 turn (ish) to install the bolt... And people have been saying that the bolt has worked loose at times and has come flying out.
Just going by what I heard on Nerveowners. :)

Ego is a nice gat... But still keep the Shocker. People may give you other advice but they're just jealous of the Shocker's sexualness (not a real word but I'm Cornish so...)
