freaky, but ive just finished my A2 level business studies cwk on feasibility and i did a similar study, was really difficult man, getting the research and stastics is a b**ch!

Yeah things im finding a lil hard to find is the secondary research out there.
other than that, primary research is like gold

advertising!!!!! how you gonna promote your site?? local paper, yellow pages, plane flying over head trailing a banner , handing out flyers round town, fly posting!!

you need to advertise your site and that costs money, do you do it before its open to drum up interest or wait till your all sorted then try get people throu the doors ( think the 1st ideas better dont you)

you could also do like a lot of paintball places do and have quads on site as well something extra for people to do... just a thought.

you also need to include staff as well how many you going to have your gonna need marshalls. a cook for the food, some one to run the shop?? a secetary for bookings?? promotion people, a book keeper !!
