Nasty sticky tape suff- NEED HELP

I used to be anti bling (sad story) so i covered my marker with tape, then i thought it looked ugly took it off now my marker is covered with nasty sticky stuff that i cant get off- I need some ideas

Get a new marker.

jahlad had this when he removed stickers, he said white spirit took off the goo with minimal effort

hmmm ur in the states arnt you? wonder what its called over there, paint thinners??

I think i might have some, Could that damage anodising?
I might use my sisters nail polish remover

apparently it doesnt damage the anoe at all, you should try a little bit on a place where you cant see and leave it for an hour or so to see if it leaves any damage. shouldnt though

you could use turpentine, or turpentine substitute. worked on my impy

Theres actually a product in the UK (prolly in the us too) called "Sticky Stuff Remover"......
On sale in your local Focus store

Yeah white spirit /paint thinners should do the trick .Also why cover you marker in tape
