Prices

Rental Kit £60.00 includes all playing kit, Big Game Ticket, 1000 paint and CO2

Own Gunners £60.00 includes Big Game Ticket and first box of paint (2000) BYO thereafter or pre book paint @ £35.00 / £40.00 on the day.

Air
H PAC will have air in both base camps filling up to 4500 psi @ £5.00 all day unlimited Air fills

Co2
five double fill stations in both base camps £1.00 per fill

Camping
Camping and parking spaces will be avalable the same as last year.

Trade stands
There will be trade stands at both base camps, for all your equipment needs.

I have been told by Jim Frensham, who came up with lasts years scanario Drug Wars, to say nothing about this, Jim's in India, where he has been putting the final touches to this years scenario, however he personally want's to let the cat out of the bag Himself, about this years scenario. and has told me he we let everyone when he returns on the 1st of Feb.

Please don't ask me to tell you, you will know all on the 1st of feb, but i will say one thing this year we will shock you, trust me.

seems rather unfair for those of us who have paint sponsors and want to stick to our sponsors brand??? What about a rate for game fee only??

I am surprised that your sponsorship deal covers you for rec - ball events. I suppose as with winning paint at Tournies, there is nothing forcing us to use it and nothing stopping you from selling it on.
Admittedly I am sponsored by the same company as supply the paint at Warped and I'd rather pay our sponsored rate for my paint, but this is not a tournie.
Look at it as £60 and free box of paint thrown in. I think its worth it for the days event.
The other thing is that it makes administration a bit easier if everybody pays the same
And when it comes to Air £1 a fill and everybody pays the same,
At the end of the day, both Warped and H-Pac need to show a profit to make the day worthwhile and neither of them know how many people will attend, Look what happened to "SWAT" and "The Fall of the Roman Empire" scenario days niether of them got near 50% attendance figures even after aggressive advertising

NvS always has a big turnout, you think that with the 100's of players they arnt making monkey? i very much doubt it.

starwars had a similar outlay and amout of marshals, they still manage to run with alot less players.

and air £1 a fill, come on, thats out of order what with the increased game fee. nobody will want to go out with a less than full bottle, u telling me you wnat to pay each time you want a little top up?

Thats outrageous. and £60 does seem like an awful lot of money per player for what is offered. But to charge on air and co2 as well is a scandal. Also, air and CO2 are the same price per fill, despite it probably costs less to get hold of from the sites point of view, and CO2 fills are usually less in volume than air fills anyway

Hey, I'm new to all this only been on the tournie scene 10 months
Just seems strange that when someone queries the price of a tournie 100's jump to defend the organiser and when someone queries the price of a woodland event everybody sides the other way. Sounds like double standards to be honest.
Starr Wars excellent as it was is still run by a tournament organising team, who can command discount rates, so H-Pac can be paid out of entry fee.
As you are paying H-Pac direct at N. vs. S. maybe they are deciding that price. Last year some people paid a fiver to H-Pac for the day and some just paid a £1 each time

Whatever happens with the pricing The AllTarts will be there to whup ass again
