Just one note. I suppose you are recording with a DSLR?
Some of your scenes are out of focus on the main subject, with the focus on the wrong place or even with the focus out of the scene. DSLRs are awesome to record video, but are not well suited to it focus wise. Try to record with a smaller aperture (higher F number) and try to use manual focus, with visual confirmation of the focus.

Thanks, I am generally shooting with an F-stop of about 5.6 and sometimes lower, as I do like the bokeh when you pull focus from someone on the cross field shooting there lane and then pull focus to there target whilst following the trail of paint, holding focus is quite hard on the field cos I'm reliant on the screen and even with a viewfinder when wearing gogs is additionally hard, then there is the fact that the focus ring is under a weather and paint proof protector.
For the next outing in the new season I have an additional set up built from a shoulder rig with protective cage, 7" screen and follow focus, which will make those adjustments easier, the 20th had great light early in the day if not too bright but gradually got darker and culminated in a torrential downpour so diminishing light and really bright sun added to the problems of actually seeing what I was filming.

Just photography. I am not good at all, mainly because I lack the talent. That's why I read a lot, and later on try it. And also a maniac of crispness hehehe.

Definitively the follow focus will let you improve your videos a lot
