I thought everyone knew it was +1?

But what are the true secrets to a champion conker?
Technique?
Natural Ageing?
Vinegar?
Baking?
Airing cupboard?
Big?
Small?
Wrist action or arm action?
String or shoelace?

Staying warm on a sunday!
i used to play the first rules at school.

big fat trainer laces were the best for conkers without a doubt.

me mar always used to wonder why a pair of trainers in the cupboard would always be missing a lace or 2.

got a family secret for conkers which just uses time to make them invincible!

there are various stages etc!

i think i still have a bag in the loft which are about 10 - 14 years old! lol!

they'll be on the plat classifieds soon! ;)

a certain minimum of 20+ using your +1 logic!

There are 2 schools of thought here. When playing conkers, if your 4er, beats somebody elses 7er, does you conker inherit all of the other conkers past victories and become an 11er, or does it just claim the beaten conker's scalp and become a 5er?

I think the latter is the correct way to play it. And no stampies.
I only played "ghetto conkers" where just surviving was enough........
