Everybody has his or her own way to relax. Just remember that no one is going to be keeping tabs on you. Your purpose is to play your game.

People will remember you when you start dominating the field and making everything happen, not when you are learning/ doing poorly. Performance anxiety is totally misplaced. If you are sucking, people will not care who you are, so don't worry about how it looks, worry about remembering what to change in your game. Learn for now, you are paying, it is your tournament, get your money's worth out of the opportunity to play a wide variety of players with different skill levels and styles in a field that is (hpefully) unfamiliar.

Watch other teams as much as you have time to. If a team is doing something that works, steal their good ideas shamelessly. If a team you're about to play breaks three players to the right, get guns up to lane them back to their 'box.

Have fun. That and pride are the only things riding on this.

When they call 10 seconds

point your marker down, shoot yourself in the foot, go home :p

Seriously though, just dont do what I did, and bottle it on the way to your bunker, and steal someone else's (Sorry Moo) ;)

Ans, don t sweat it bro, you will be fine.

Now i can guarentee you that when you are @ the break out and the marshall calls 10 seconds (am not gonna lie here) you WILL **** urself.

But as soon as that same marshal shouts GAME ON all the shakin jus goes away mate.

Most important thing to do is...............Learn.

Everytime you get shot, fall over, run out a bounds or make a good move, you have to sit down at the end of the game and re-run it through ur head, and ask urself ''if i played that wee bit tighter i wouldn t have got shot on the arm'' that kinda thing.

Drop us a line and let us all know how u get on, but trust me you WILL be fine mate and in a few days u ll be on the boards sayin sorry for the fuss lol.

Peace out
