Music to get hyped with

TNG

Hey new paddy, you must be a real intense individual brother. I can't imagine how pumped up that list would get me. Brown, it's "reign in blood." TJ, slipknot's not nu-metal, it's REAL metal. Frank Sinatra's the man, and for all of you placing your bets on who's going to win portugal, look for a strange occurance to take place. :)

Beaker, I liked your picks brother, but the ultimate band in motivational before-game music is hatebreed. Look at some of their song names: smash your enemies, brotherhood, death before dishonor, we still fight, prepare for war and my favorite, a call for blood. It does'nt get much better then that! :D
Now you're talking :)

I'm into some hard/metal core stuff like Hatebreed (got Satisfaction....& Perseverance), Poison the Well, Chimiara, Earth Crisis, Autumn to Ashes, Biohazard, Skycamefalling.

But then you are getting into the good stuff like WillHaven, Neurosis (through Silver and Times are just superb) but they aren't really up for it tunes ;) but great to hit a major downer on.

Then bringing the gap to doped up heaven is Electric Wizard which brings me to Kyuss, Karma to Burn, and Workhorse Movement. Or going the other way to metal you end up back at DKL (Rot  ) and a current fave ill Nino - fukin A list tracks.

However, if I had to live with just one album it'd be - Downset, Do we speak a dead language. It's got it all in there.

Helicopter (on ya way)
Can't be doing with Trance or Garage though.
You damn hypocrite strongl! Helicopter on ya way is a trance tune! I have to agree at the Garage part though, if i hear one more person say bo selecta i'll...

Personally my music of choice at the moment is trance with a bit of an inkling towards some drum and bassey stuff. However hype music has definitely got to be some headbanging rock to get you screaming and shouting.

But It has to be said, i like many others agree Barbers Adagio is No # 1. (I'd go for the Ferry Corsten remix to get me going though.) :D

Don't worry about TJ - he's stuck in hair metal heaven.

And as for 'real' metal, that'll be Down and Panterra...and Motorhead obviously, not some masked-up ponces whose singer is in Ston Sour...can you say Nickleback clones?

:p

Nahhhh mate far too early (what 92/93????) for that trance stuff. Dancey Dancey house mate, any body got any Vera's!!! Same as Plastic Dreams by ........(somebody help me out). Down with the Drum & Bass though. Picked up the new Movement CD yesturday & it's the nutz, nearly as good as the E-Z Rollers new Album especially the Doug E Fresh track. Dat one turn Hari-krishna into a Badboy

Right then reach for the lasers....Big Phish, Little Phish, Cardboard Box;) ;) ;)

sould have read this earlier! as i was reading thru i was thinking about what i like to listen to on my way to a game then was a little worried when i found that id thought of two of the same bands as cook$! ;)

ok how about this
levellers - any of the old stuff and just the one (best drinking song ever)
less than jake (with ya there cook$) - any of their stuff is cool, and if you want a giggle get the greased album!
limp bizkit - the old stuff
rage against the machine - getting near to the site now :) build the power
rammstein - who cares if its in german it rocks!

and if that little lot dont get you psyched up to kick some ass nout will!

or if you pref a bit of dance on the way try
chemical bros - hey girl hey boy :)
the prodigy - think somone already mentioned it but voodoo people
sneaker pimps - spin spin sugar
faithless - anything on the reverence album
and dont miss out on
wayne g - twisted (excuse me, do you fu*k as well as you dance)

then again you could just bung the streets on :)
