Darude's Sandstorm has got to be the best for getting you in that 'balls to the walls, break to the 55' type mood.

As a back player, I much prefer Grove Armada's 'Shaking That Ass' and the 'Winnie the Pooh' song - the latter is particularly fun to sing when you playing center back without a marker, although you have to do the special dance to go with it.

Linkin park, Limp bizciut, good Charlotte but if i don`t come down in my motor is it usally some Queen classics.. .
But pretty much anything that gets the addrenaline pumping. The music on the smoked DVD is a perfect example. Rock type hadr music.......nice.

Well I started by listening to stuff like the Kennedys, Ramones and Tool but it was making me too twitchy and aggresive.
The best I've found for total focus is either Nick Cave or Portishead.

I listen to a tape of Celine Dion, which gets me so aggravated I want to tear someone's head off. Instant aggression

And her songs are so vile they stick in your head like peanut butter to the roof of your mouth, so your aggression stays high all game.

Anything that is loud and fast is usually good for gettin ya physced up such as :

Metallica

Thats the ones I listen to, then there are the likes of Iron Maiden etc.. but I think they suck!
