Music is very important in any kind of motion design, it depends on who your aiming it at and what kind of message you want to send across. Personally i like the fast paced rock type stuff ,but nothing angry like metallica or whatever. Ska works well with most paintball promos and some up temp emo stuff. The best music i ever heard on a paintball promo was Outkast - B.O.B

It's got to be some class Ska-Punk for paintball videos, something with a good tempo and a generally good fun vibe. Basically anything by Less Than Jake with particular note to the track 'My Very Own Flag', featured at the end of Push and seems to have been written for paintball.

Mario, kudos for the Lemon Jelly mention. Just generally avoid predicable stuff that has been used in a million and one movie trailers, such as smack ma bitch up or Let the bodies hit the floor. Then again, that sort or stuff makes the little 13 year old 'mini rockers' spooge their pants.....that'd be the PBN audience sorted then (and their P8nt spy Suicide)
