See mugged's avatar, these look like they are trying to be cool and sci-fi like (see proteus for another poor attempt at that).

Think about the helmets that stick in your mind, they are simple bold line designs. My personal fave was always the biker scout helmet, closely followed by boba fett. Both have very large areas of unaltered colour blocks, the white side panels, the black lenses etc.

These just look like someone kept saying, oooh lets put some wiggly plastic bit here to look cool...

thinking about it i would say that these are more likely to be a lower end goggle....jt already do two excellent top end systems...why would they do a 3rd?

Well they had a top end system with the flex 7 and bought out the proteus so who knows?!??

sorry, blatently has to be a fashion accesorie...like the proteuS!!! its just anohter 'cool' looking thing that people will spend money on cos its looks nice and is new....for the people that care about 'bling bling'

Or for people who care about performance easy change lense and no sill for paint to sit in after a goggle hit sound like good features to me!

definatly agree with that, anything that makes cleaning easy is a good thing

Personally, i dont really have that much problem removing and replacing the spectra lense in my Ize.

WHen i first got them, i didnt have a clue and it used to take me ages but now it's a quick job. Fair enough its not as quick as a ouple of push buttons, but once you have learnt the 'nack' it is pretty easy.

One day i'll time myself.......hmmm, watch this space for further updates.
